Our tiny house warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the construction of the tiny house for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This includes any issues with the structure, framing, roofing, and finishes.

In addition to the standard 1 year warranty, we also offer extended warranty options for an additional fee. These extended warranties cover a wider range of issues and offer longer protection periods, up to a maximum of 10 years.

In the event that a warranty claim is necessary, we will work with the owner to assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include repairs, replacements, or other remedies as determined by our team.

It is important to note that the tiny house warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by neglect, abuse, or external factors such as weather or accidents. It is the responsibility of the owner to properly maintain and care for their tiny house in order to ensure its longevity and enjoyment.
